No. ChatGPT generates answers from its training data — it can invent things your business never said. Minyut only answers from documents you upload. If the answer isn't in your files, it says so. Retrieval details stay internal for analytics and debugging.
No. Minyut retrieves chunks from your documents and answers only from what it finds. If the question isn't covered, it says so and routes the visitor to email or WhatsApp. Source metadata stays internal for analytics and debugging.
PDF, plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md). Up to 5 MB per file. Word docs are on the roadmap. URL scraping isn't supported yet - we'd rather do file ingestion well first.
